The 800,000 Btu Pro Series Turnkey Heat Trailer system is an ideal solution for professionals looking for a system that can operate in the harshest environments, extreme conditions, or the large restoration projects that need extra capacity. The system contains an onboard 299 gallon diesel tank, 8kW Kubota high-performance generator, pre-wired GFI’s and solid design. The trailer contains two 400,000 Btu Pro Series Diesel Heaters with side duct discharge ports, with the ability to duct up to 150′ in length. Choose between (2) single 16” diameter discharge ports or (2) dual 12” diameter discharge ports (please indicate which option in your order notes).

This trailer system can overcome the coldest of conditions to deliver the maximum amount of heat, which is crucial for efficient heating of a structure. The heaters can be recirculated to boost performance in cold weather environments. The two 400,000 Btu Pro Series heaters are indirect-fired, meaning there is no exposed flame or fumes to be concerned about. To further ensure safety, all heaters come standard with an on/off thermostat, which means you do not have to manually adjust the gas flow to control the temperature. The 800,000 Btu Pro Series Turnkey Heat Trailer’s control box has a supply voltage display to avoid faulty power sources. There are redundant safeties built-in to the trailer, including high-temperature limit switch, airflow switch, and flame detection photocell. The 800,000 Btu Pro Series Turnkey Heat Trailer’s engine has a battery charging alternator, a heavy duty radiator, air cleaner and has a turnkey ignition with an electric start. The trailer measures 15ft Length x 7ft 4 in Width x 7ft height. It weights empty at 4,500 lbs.
